Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT), or tapping, is a powerful tool that helps release emotional and physical blockages by gently tapping on specific acupressure points. It’s like acupuncture but without needles, helping to calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and create lasting shifts in your well-being.

EFT isn’t just something I practice; it’s an everyday tool that I’ve tried and tested and can’t imagine my life without. It has helped me navigate grief, autoimmunity, perimenopause, and daily anxious feelings. I truly don’t know where I would be without tapping, and I want to share this life-changing practice with you.
